Welcome to Arts and Creatives Designs Ltd

We're a Surrey-based BIM and visualisation studio helping architects, housing associations, developers and contractors deliver projects with confidence, from accurate scan-to-BIM surveys to coordinated Revit documentation and photorealistic imagery.

Whether you need an existing building captured through scan to Revit, detailed Revit models and construction documentation, or visuals that win approvals and secure buyers, we deliver precise, well-coordinated work you can build on. Our visualisation team works in both traditional and AI-driven archviz, and we also design home extensions for homeowners across Surrey.

Led by Founder Sonda Mvula, BIM Technician, RIBA Part II, D5 Render Certified User and Autodesk Certified Revit professional, we work with clients across the UK and around the world, combining technical rigour with a genuine love of design.

Tell us about your project. We'd be glad to help you shape what comes next.
